High HUD resolution

Gives the ability to have a higher resolution for the HUD.

Enable high HUD resolution

  1. open eech.ini
  2. look for parameter highhudres
  3. give it the corresponding mode selection number
mode 0 (low resolution)
mode 1 (high resolution)
