The starting sequence stated here is for a hydromechanical fcu equiped turboshaft engine. This is not the case of the Rolls-Royce T800-LHT-802 intended to equip the RAH-66 Comanche. This engine is FADEC equiped, with a simpler starting procedure, that not includes manual activation of the ignition system by the pilot.
