A Lone Worker Personal Alarm is a small, lightweight, mobile device that provides a way to call for help in an emergency. These devices are ideal for lone workers, such as construction and security staff who work alone.

Lightweight & portable: The device is easy to carry, and can be carried by one or more lone workers. It also has inbuilt location finding and GPS tracking, which makes it easier to locate your lone worker in the event of an emergency.

Trigger a panic alert: A quick and discreet panic button can be triggered on the device to send a notification to designated monitors. This can be done via an SMS, email or a phone call to a business manager or a monitoring station.

Check-in: The check-in feature on the app allows the user to leave a voice note detailing their current location and situation. This information can help the ARC identify their specific needs and take action.

Fall detection: If the lone worker falls, a fall-detection alarm will trigger and automatically call for help to be sent. The ARC will receive a GPS location with the alarm, and can follow a pre-set response plan to assist your lone worker.

Remote locations: Garmin inReach satellite communicators ensure that employees who work alone are fully protected and accounted for, even in remote areas where cell phone coverage is poor. They offer a variety of features, such as GPS location tracking, two-way messaging, long battery life, and the ability to trigger SOS/duress notifications.
